We have had this for several years and it has served us well. It is tough and easy to maintain. The only reason we are selling it is that we are in our 80s and will be moving and downsizing in the next couple years. So we will need something smaller. It cost over $3000.00 several years ago, so it is a great deal!

This sectional needs a good size room since it is 13 feet on the long side. It is very good shape except for a patch in the end section. ( we usually just put a small throw over it.)
The material is extremely durable and the sections clip together.
This is the patch over a small tear from years ago. It is not too noticeable because of the random patter. But we put a throw over the seat anyway.
The end section has a full size fold out. It is convenient when extra guests come.
The long side has a built-in recliner and a storage area.
The short side also has a built-in recliner.
